At Notos, all our produce is sourced from carefully selected local suppliers we know and trust. We’re so passionate about what they do that we can’t help but shout about them.

As wind-powered people, we’re passionate about creating positive environmental change. Inspired by our life by the sea and love of the outdoors, we aim to protect the natural world that fuels our adventures.
From the sourcing of local produce to using eco-friendly packaging, we want to make it as easy as possible for people to make environmentally conscious decisions when visiting us.
We’re also proud members of 1% for the Planet and donate 1% of our annual sales each year to help to support environmental projects that protect the places we all love.
